Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want you to feel safe booking with us. This policy explains when you can cancel and when you can get a refund.
AI Process Audit ($350 USD, payable upfront)
- Before the kickoff session: cancel for a full $350 refund, or reschedule free anytime.
- After the written audit report is delivered: the audit is non-refundable, except under the guarantee below.
- Audit guarantee: if the written report doesn't identify at least 3 specific, fixable bottlenecks, each with an estimated time or cost impact, you get a full $350 refund. We judge eligibility only against the written report as delivered, not on whether you agree with the recommendations or act on them. The guarantee applies only if you attend the kickoff session and send the requested information and access within 7 days of purchase.
- How to claim the guarantee:
- Email us within 7 days of report delivery and say what's missing.
- We first get the chance to revise the report within 5 business days.
- If the revised report still doesn't meet that standard, we refund the full $350.
- Build credit: the $350 is credited 100% toward any build you buy within 60 days of report delivery. If your audit fee is refunded, there's no credit.
- The report and plan are yours to keep either way.
Custom builds
- Builds are paid by milestone, as set out in your written proposal or invoice.
- Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel before work starts.
- Paid milestones are non-refundable once delivered and accepted.
- If your proposal includes a pilot or exit option, its written terms apply.
Monthly plans
- Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice by email.
- We don't refund partial months.
Third-party costs
Software, phone, texting and AI usage that you pay to third parties directly can't be refunded by us. Their own refund policies apply.
How to request a refund or cancel
Email [email protected] with your name, the email used to pay, the service, and the reason. We aim to reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and are processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take extra time to post them.
Disputes
If something isn't right, please contact us first before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We'll work with you to fix it.
Delivery
All services are delivered online and by video call. Nothing is shipped.
