Terms of Service
These terms apply when you buy or use services from Growth Professional LLC, doing business as Steadfast AI ("Steadfast AI", "we", "us"). By reserving an audit, signing a proposal or paying an invoice, you ("you", "the client") agree to them.
1. Services
- AI Process Audit: a review of how your calls, leads, follow-up and admin work today, a map of bottlenecks and time sinks, and a written plan with fixes in three price tiers. It is delivered within 7 days after the kickoff call and after we receive the information we request.
- Custom AI builds: for example AI receptionists, missed-call text-back, follow-up and reactivation, scheduling, inbox, CRM and reporting automations, and internal AI assistants.
- Monthly plans: ongoing support and tuning, and monthly financial reporting.
2. Audit price and credit
The AI Process Audit costs $350 USD, payable upfront through Stripe. The full $350 is credited toward any build you buy from us within 60 days of audit delivery. The credit has no cash value, can't be transferred, and expires after 60 days. You can cancel for a full refund, or reschedule free, anytime before the kickoff session.
Audit refunds. Once the written audit report is delivered, the audit is non-refundable, except under this guarantee: if the written report doesn't identify at least 3 specific, fixable bottlenecks, each with an estimated time or cost impact, you get a full refund. We judge eligibility only against the written report as delivered, not on whether you agree with or act on the recommendations. The guarantee applies only if you attend the kickoff session and send the requested information and access within 7 days of purchase. To claim, email us within 7 days of report delivery and say what's missing. We first get the chance to revise the report within 5 business days. If it still doesn't meet the standard, we refund the full $350. The report and plan are yours to keep either way. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for how refunds are processed.
3. Builds and monthly plans
Each build or monthly plan is scoped and priced in a written proposal or invoice before work starts. The proposal sets out deliverables, milestones, timeline and price. If a proposal conflicts with these terms, the proposal controls for that project. Changes in scope are quoted in writing.
4. Third-party software and usage
You pay your own third-party costs directly, such as phone numbers and minutes, texting, A2P 10DLC registration fees, AI and voice platforms, CRM and field-service software. We list expected costs in your plan or proposal, but we don't control third-party pricing, outages or policy changes.
5. Your responsibilities
- Give us timely access, information and decisions we need to do the work.
- Texting and calling compliance: you are responsible for getting and keeping the consent required by the TCPA, A2P 10DLC carrier rules and similar laws for anyone your systems text or call. We'll guide you on consent wording, opt-out (STOP) handling and registration, but compliance remains your responsibility.
- Review AI-generated messages, scripts and outputs before you rely on them. AI can make mistakes.
6. No guarantee of results
We don't guarantee revenue, bookings, response rates or that every call or lead will be answered or captured. Phone carriers and software providers have outages, and some calls never reach the system. Any guarantee we offer applies only as written, with its stated conditions, in the offer or proposal.
7. Monthly financials
Monthly financial reporting is bookkeeping and reporting only. It is not tax, CPA, accounting, legal or investment advice, and we don't file taxes. It is meant to work alongside your accountant. You remain responsible for your financial decisions and filings.
8. Ownership
Once you've paid for it in full, you own the work we build for you in your own accounts: workflows, prompts, scripts, configurations and documentation. We keep our general know-how, tools and templates, and may reuse them for other clients without your confidential information. Third-party software stays subject to its own terms.
9. Confidentiality
We keep your business information confidential and use it only to provide the services, unless you agree otherwise or the law requires us to disclose it.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data. Services are provided "as is", without warranties except those stated in writing.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California. Please contact us first. Most issues can be resolved directly.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Changes don't affect work already under a signed proposal unless you agree.
